So why haven't you asked her out yet? Next year, I expect wedding bells on New Years. To be fair, apparently my husband had been interested in me months before I even knew he existed. Of course that just meant he did his job well. He was in loss prevention and so I wasn't supposed to know that he was an employee. I said he was stalking (jokingly), he of course retorted he was only doing his job. Anyway...this sounds like the beginning of a very cute love story. If it is all fictional, you definitely did a phenomenal job with this journal like entry.
