This is an excellent addition to the Christmas Story contest. This story teaches us that sometimes, unexpected gifts will simply land in our lives, even though we never expected them to. Good writing :) In addition, I noticed some lines of your work were highlighted, others bolded, some not. This is a bit hard on the reader, as my eyes were constantly trying to adjust to different fonts and styles. Next time, try to make them the same font, and boldness. Merry Christmas to you!
