I sure wish I had another six. Everyone has been on a roll this week though, and I'm all out. Wow, what a shocker that was. For a minute I was thinking the old man killed his wife physically, I'm glad that wasn't the case. You covered a lot of territory in this chapter gal. It was so much fun to read. Thanks for sharing.

Miranda lives an interesting life, figuring out what her friend's husband is up to, looking for Dougie, and finding out he has even more reason to hide than she thought. Still, she does it all with aplomb and a smile. You keep the pot stirring.

Use realised how unusual it is to write in the present tense! And so difficult to maintain as the past is such a natural mode to slip into. Impressive stuff as always. x
