Well there's a heck of conclusion to some things. I feel sorry for Michelle in a sense. A very good right and I said good job! I see no issue with grammar sentence structure punctuation subject Matter, it's a good and fine entry. Best of luck to you. Hope you have a great day!

Thank you Lea.

The police investigation was never going to come up with anything. And now we're a few months down the road and still the tension around with Lauren announcing her departure and possibly Hayley. Unresolved issues haunt this group and I look forward to reading more. No errors noted, Excellent chapter. Debbie

I'm curious what's brought all this on. I'm sure something has. I guess Angela will never get to continue her education. I'm curious about all of this. Thank you for sharing. I am enjoying this story.
bout getting the money for the course off of him, I kept declining. (money from him)
She would've been thinking in her head that they made the right call not to give me the cash, (you can omit 'that')
In the end I bit the bullet and spoke to the guy at our local Waterstones (comma after 'end')

Another screw turns tighter, and the tale takes another unexpected turn.
I get that same sense about Michelle... You've cleverly given her character so many dimensions it is hard to decipher if she is much too cavalier about things... or some sort of manipulative mastermind.
You keep me guessing!

I liked this short story a lot. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, including spicy romance, violence, etc. The dialogue was short, which if made longer, could've improved the story more by giving the reader more information. Good luck.
p.s. I also noticed you've been writing for over 20 years now, that is quite impressive!

Thank you. It is part of a novel, so there are quite a few previous chapters as well.

This little group seems about to fall apart. There hasn't been further contact from William. I am anxious to hear the conversation Angela will have with Caz. I also wonder if we'll ever know what happened to cause Lauren to need to go home. Waiting for the next post.
