What is the soul? Does it belong to a person? Is it claimed by a body?
In reality, it is the other way around, as pre-mortal spirits who accepted God's plan for salvation through Jesus was given a body and a mortal existence to prove themselves in keeping the covenant made pre-mortality, whereas a third of the hosts f heaven said nay, neer received flesh and bones and now haunt humans jealously. What a predicament.

An interesting and philosophical write about the meaning of soul and whether or not confession has any real effect on it. The conclusion being that confession is more likely to cast a light on the soul and truth embodied in it rather than have any transformative effect. I think there are several types if confession... about confession of love... confession of minor mistakes... confession of sins... all which can be good for our souls once we verbally do the confessing. You give your readers a thought provoking message. Good luck in the contest.
