It must've been horrific, and I'm glad to hear you're okay. I was involved in an accident a couple of years ago, when the spare car tyre from the van in front of me, bounced off and smashed through my windscreen while I was driving on a main road. Thankfully I wasn't hurt, but it was a lucky escape. A well written piece. Good luck in the contest
