Lol, I hardly think so! Cash or nothing with those girls. So that's where we are off to next. That'll be fun, I've never been in one before. Obviously you've had to do your research!!! LOL!

Miranda's session with Dr Carrie went well. I'm glad it did. I wonder what is in those letters. I wish she would open them. Okay, I'm off to the Nudie Bar!! They might teach me how to pole dance without creaking my back!! Lol :)) Sandra xxx Just discovered I'm all caught up! Next Please!! xxx

It sounds like Mitch was right about Miranda seeing Carrie. Therapy works for most people. I think it will be helpful.

Poor Miranda, I can understand why she has bad memories of Missy trying to kill her at Haynes Pond. But Miranda has good memories about kissing Mitch. He is a good guy.... a keeper.

The end is funny. It's hard for men not to look at sexy girls, but I wouldn't worry about Mitch.

You are the expert writer but this sounds a little awkward to me....

"I can see why you picked here to meet."

Maybe....

(( I can see why you picked to meet here ))

Maybe that's the way the chapter speaks.

Well done!

Men are men and he will, of course be looking. Might see more than he wants too. Lol. Thanks for this kind review. Gretchen

I take it that Waylon will not be joining them. Pizza and T.V. will keep him occupied while the grown-ups go out.
The dialogue is realistic. Glad to see Mitch and Miranda have made up.

Well, it seems the meeting went well. Carrie is a believable character, and I won't be emboldened enough to attempt a guess as to whether you've had experience with shrinks or not! Hahaha!

I'm not sure where the nudie bar scene is going. I may be forgetting some back narrative or dialogue on Miranda promising someone she'd check it out. Oh, Well! I'm sure it will all come out or perhaps OFF! Best, JohnC

She promised Rita to look into her husband's late nights. Should be a fun time at the club. Gretchen

You have some well formed characters here and I enjoyed reading the conversation between Mitch and Carrie. Mitch sounds like a person who has been through some tough times, especially when he talks about what happened between him and Missy. The dialogue was really engaging and you held my interest, I'm looking forward to reading more.

Hello Gretchen,
Well, this ought to be interesting. This is a bit of a surprising development, going to a gentlemen's club. Why are they called that anyway? Sounds better than glorified peep show I guess. Another great chapter gal. I'm glad she's meeting the therapist. I liked the comment about being paid before she gives her opinion. Well done.
Have a blessed evening.
Tom

Okay; it's Wednesday. You KNOW I am far too impetuous to still have a sixth star by this point in the week. I'll give you a Lucky Leprechaun boost, instead. Sorry.

I do love this chapter --full of interesting facets, like the give-and-take with Carrie [she is so chill and likable!], what Miranda might see at the ti--um, I mean "gentlemen's club," and how Mitch and Miranda are now back on track.

I really do love the way you write, Gretchen. xoxo

I know exactly what she's going to see at said Gentlemen's club. Lots of young T and A. Lol. I can't wait for Mitchs reaction while in there. Thanks for this. I'm glad you enjoyed this and thanks for the lucky Leprechaun tag. Gretchen

Mitch is so teasing her. I hope she doesn't fall for it. LOL I love the banter. This is a very good post and I so enjoy them together. I wish Miranda would have opened up about the phone call, but okay, we'll have it for later. Good job writing.

Morning here. I read this last night. Interesting aftermath at the lagoon or whatever and the first interview with the therapist. Keep it coming I want to see where it goes with the therapist and Mitch with Miranda.
