I am absolutely enamored with your writing. You're right very well, and I enjoyed this poem very much. The very first poem that I wrote when I started to write poetry was called free to be me. I have it in my portfolio. It starts off all of these years of struggle to be with someone else wanted, but not me when, facing the mirror what I saw was always one who was bound by the law. The poem goes on from there. I took the poem for my pastor at church, and he read it, and he encouraged me to keep on writing.

What great insight here, Dolly, about humans stewing over who Gid made them to be! I had to learn to stop stewing and start enjoying the soup!

You have a way with words for the Lord, Tina. And you are correct in saying that we are custom made. Yet, I wish he had glued a little more hair on top. :) This is a good entry for the Rhyming Poem Contest. Thank you for sharing.

Aw, thanks so much. You have no idea how much this means to me. As I have been studying and praying a lot this year as to where to put my focus, I appreciate you noticing that I like to use words to describe God's goodness. Even though He didn't make me super tall, He's still good. I may be tall and you may have thick hair in heaven,lol!

Thanks, Roy! Its only taken me 6 decades to embrace who God made me to be. So your words mean so much to me. I am also more joy-filled as I study His Word more and more. I cannot wait to dive onto your page this week and read!

Another great message! Sometimes we wonder about those who have lifelong disabilities or those who never are able to talk or walk but as you said, God has a great plan for each person and we won't get the whole story until we meet Him in Heaven.

Yes! I do wonder why some people have it so rough, physically and I dont. Its not seeming fair, but I know that I dont know the whole story, like you said. I appreciate your review!
