Well I will give you my vote for being clever, funny and having a point!
I enjoyed your entry. You can vote for yourself. With my vote and your vote, you will at least have two votes!
Good luck in the contest. I have a feeling you will do well.

Made me chuckle. Very relatable poem to all writers, myself included. Never stop posting and writing even if it's only for you own enjoyment. Hopefully you gets at least one vote for this one. You deserve it!

HAHAHAHA!! Welcome to the wonderful world of FS contests, where the Powers That Be actually sanction family voting blocks, and vote-fishing on "blind" contests is de rigeur. If YOU feel you did your best work, though, what does it matter what anyone else thinks? Did you know that EIGHTY-ONE publishers said 'no' to Dr. Seuss before one said "yes." Trust in your talent. xo

This did make me smile as I was reading it. As writers, I think we will always face rejection, no matter how good we might get, there'll always be someone who doesn't like what we write. A well written piece.

Yep ... I think we all know how that feels! I really enjoyed your choice of cartoon to accompany your words. It is such a challenge to get a concept across in so few syllables. Well done!
