Yes, I can relate to your beautiful poem. Just yesterday at Thanksgiving dinner, my sister, my nieces, my children and grandchild were all reminiscing about Thanksgivings past and the special dishes my mother would make every Thanksgiving. Sandra must have been a very special person. I enjoyed your poem very much:)

Thanks so much for your review and comments. Especially at holiday time, we like to remember those departed loved ones. I remembered my mother liked to make Watergate Salad (popular during the 1970s, so I found a recipe and made it for Thanksgiving. I'm glad you enjoyed the poem, and I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. judi

A lovely poem for Sandra, Judi as you show with your words that though he is physically gone, our loved ones still stay with us, in our hearts and our memories. We never lose the sense of them. Beautifully said,

This poem, I'll Be There -- For Sandra, gives a final voice to Ian as he has left us physically but not spiritually. As stated here, he will be wherever good times encourage our remembrance of him. Nice.

Thanks for sharing the artwork, notes, and beautiful poem, judi. I think Ian will always be there for Sandra, too. I know she will appreciate this tribute very much. It touched my heart and reached out to hers. I like how you arrange it by seasons and special occasions. I also like the way you incorporate the joy that Ian shared with his family, and I'm sure it was also returned to him. It is hard to choose the parts that I like because it is all good. You are so right, Sandra will always grieve and feel the loss for Ian, judiverse. This was especially done. Grief will follow the loss of a loved one. Grief knows no boundaries, it can show up 60 or 70 years from now, it just takes a memory to jog it. Blessings n Hugs!!!
