Beautifully done. It is such a joy drifting g through your mind during a relaxing evening in the couch.

Great line. I love how it was separated in the center:

"I would travel through seas of time to find you"

I am doing to dive deeper.

This was a very intense poem. The different elements that are beautiful but keeping the star crossed lovers apart. Throw in the overtones of Dracula and you have a delicious Gothic inspired poem about love. Beautiful and mysterious. Gretchen

how delicious!
A timeless love for the ages and an age of love for the timeless that has no boundaries.

As I am a fan of the odd vampire story, movie, series... whatever really... I found myself wanting to offer up my neck with a gesture of a slight tilt to the side... as they say, the first bite is the deepest. That's the saying, right? lol.

I love that particular quote from Bram Stoker's Dracula... how I wished I had written such a never ending thought.

But you gave breath to his quote with everything in between... and yes, I connected!

With our thoughts we create...
an unbreakable bond.

    I love well done dracula movies and books. My favorite is, Bram Stoker's Dracula with Gary Oldman and Winona Ryder. That quote stock with me...it's so romantic. It's the perfect mix of savage violence, romance, and wild need. There's something very enigmatic about tilting your neck to give yourself completely.

It is a good quote to base a found poem on. This can show the difficulty of long distance love, or if we take Dracula different types of beings.

Wow this is a very romantic piece of well written poetry. I love the repetition of "I would travel through seas of time to find you." Very nice. I enjoyed this very much.

You captured the passion extremely well, and also through in fantasy. The first stanza made me think of an oldie song by Marvin Gaye and Tammie Terrell "Ain't No Mountain High Enough". Of course, you added your own unique spin to it. LOL Wonderful poem.

This poem does bring the idea of fantasy to the mind. I can imagine you are speaking about your husband throughout this poem. You write so romantic.
