Creepy! Those eyes could turn someone to stone. Vampire procreation is quite interesting. Makes you wonder if they ever get STDs if they bite the same person!

Certainly leaves me feeling squeamish and uncomfortable. At first I thought it was just that I hate all things horror, but as I reread your poem, I realized that there were more implications given in these few words than first realized. Am I incapacitated by the bite and overtaken? Am I turned into a vampire? What part of my will is gone? Either way, yuck. While somewhat straightforward, it made me think way more than I cared to! So, well done. :)
