I enjoyed reading your Kuroko Tanka.
I love the clever linkage of the colour black, the girl being melancholy and moody because she isn't the star of the show, merely a mover of props.
I also like your title Young Drama Queen - giving the theme a double meaning.

I see a young teenage girl here who isn't certain who she is. She hasn't found herself yet. She has all sorts of emotions and doesn't feel she as anybody she can talk to about them. It's a sad place to be. Thank you for sharing this beautiful presentation with us.

Have you seen a kabuki performance? I never could quite understand it. It's too bad that she "fell in love with melancholia." It could be the reason why she's the "drama queen." It reminds me of a Chekhov character who always wore black and said, "I'm in mourning for my life!"

I have seen kabuki performances a couple of times, and samurai movies too. They are very different than ours ... different cultures. The kabuki performances are very dramatic ... kind of like operas and greek tragedies.
