Well, every one of these posts for Rules of a Happy Life have been great. And with every post, I've wondered how in the world you've kept coming up with more for the next post. But here you go again, and damned if I don't believe this is the best one yet. Thanks for sharing.

The last rule id the most accurate for most of us. Changing when you don't like yourself is hard, but it often does mean an improvement. Only your family won't believe you can change.

More rules and understandings here. I love the playpen one. I like the rest. The overall theme seems to be how much we spend with our children. ..............

Thanks for the read. I had just written the children's poem, so maybe they were on my mind.

I think I laughed more in this post than I have in all of your others combined. This was one clever item after another. The last one was the clencher for me. You have got to do something with these. They need to be in a booklet or depending on how many you have when you're done, a full size book. Thanks for sharing. Gretchen

I like getting in some helpful facts in between the funny bits. Karen

I am impressed with all of these words of wisdom you've shared with us. I smiled at the first one because some think being an adult means you always have to do adult like things, but also being an adult is to enjoy the simple things and have fun. It's okay to be silly sometimes.
Many adults forget this.

Yes, there are some adults who grew all up and stayed there. I am glad I have lots of ages inside me. Karen

Oh Karen, some of these are absolutely hilarious! I love the playpen one. And the opposite end of the spectrum is your lovely crying one for which I'm so grateful because I'm crying all the time at the moment, even at national anthems which is embarrassing:) Although I pull myself together when they forget who's in charge and sing: God save our gracious Quing! Thanks for sharing. You're a tonic:)) Debbie
