I enjoyed reading this. So many look for love as long as he has a high paying job, and overlook those who offer all they can offer little but a deep love.

In reality all we really have to offer is love. I think in today's society people are too quick to offer love when really all they're offering is lust. Love is so much deeper. Thank you for sharing this beautiful presentation with us.

Beautifully written. I liked the gut wrenching honesty the writer has. No promises of riches or travel or jewelry. Just love. Very romantic. Almost a first love kind of romance. Great job. Gretchen

This was a special senryu haiku, Gypsy. The dual picture of the gentleman was intriguing and the rose was so special. Your words were awesome. Very well done and greatly enjoyed. Blessed Be n Hugs!!!

    I wanted to be a secret on purpose lol. It's Pedro Pascal. He's a Chilean American exceptional actor and super sexy...in my opinion. He played Joel in the The Last of Us and the Mandalorian.

    Anyway... nobody cares who my crushes are, yes, there are more than one. LoL

This is a very well written Senryu. You express a lot about all that's needed to express a love felt for another. And I loved the added artwork... Very effective.

I like how you added an internal rhyme here of coffer-offer. And of course, the most precious thing we can give is love more than all the money or flowers that can be bought.

    I didn't know I wrote an internal rhyme LoL it happens from time to time. I go by the sound of words, not necessary to make them rhyme. It's cool when it happens natureally.

When we offer our love we are offering a lot to another person and we hope that they appreciate us enough to return love to us, but it does not always work out, an ambient post, love Dolly x
