I think it is sad when a woman or man centers life of revenge as some do.
I think it is better just to forget and maybe forgive and move on so you can live a fuller life.

Ooh, this is a vengeful poem. A woman scorned is never a good thing. Effective picture to enhance this 5 line poem.
Just a comment if I may - the fourth line has 8 syllables instead of 7. Perhaps remove the word - so. Best of luck in the competition.

I think at one point in our lives we cross this bridge of hatred and revenge.
Well presented rich in Theme and Imagery.
It also, read well and flowed well with no Grammar Issues.

When I first glanced at the picture for your short piece, I thought it looked like Keith Richards. But thankfully, the woman was much better looking, but then come to think of it, who isn't. But any one of us who'd been a 60-year heroin addict would have been dead many times over.

Every bit as good as I thought it would be from the image and the first line! I love your sense of menace in this as she bides her time. You could always put in author's notes the quote: Revenge is a dish best served cold" You need an extra 'l' on Wil(l). Good luck! Debbie
