Great entry for the 10 Line Poem writing prompt contest. I like the imagery and presentation too. Good line count and connection between lines.

This is a beautiful poem that is heart-rending and very emotive. The rhyming is good and the rhythm is constant at ten beats per line until you get to the last two lines when you have added an extra beat. I do not think that this detracts from the poem as it still reads well out loud so good luck in the contest

This is a poignant little verse about loss and grief which has left the writer still unable to heal and move on. There's no magic remedy and even time has so far not apparently assuaged these deep feelings. Your verse is skilfully expressed with sadness and sincerity. Well done and good luck! Debbie

I give you a five, to show you I'm not trying to be mean, or anything; I just don't understand some of your poem. Who are you supposed to be and to whom are you speaking? Also, "trance" is a noun. However, when you question the old saying, Time Heals All Wounds. You're right. Some wounds, it doesn't, unfortunately.
