"Our DNA carries the instructions to shape us into our adult selves." And the Covid vaccine and boosters foisted on our young are changing that very thing, changing who that person was meant to be, and endangering their lives. It is taking away their natural protection FOREVER, while big Pharma rakes in the dinero! And while I'm on the subject of false and deadly interference with the health of a nation, there is also false information regarding the use of fuel. These people who have decided to ruin this country and the people in it, know not of what they preach.

Comment from Sandra Stoner-Mitchell
This is a thought provoking, extremely interesting treatise you've written here, Cogitator. You take us through our different stages of knowledge that combined with archeology makes a lot of sense. I think one of our biggest problem is man's ego. And we do have a big one.
I particularly enjoyed this line: "We are akin to caterpillars, poised to become butterflies." That is a brilliant observation. Well done!! Sandra xx

Comment from Wayne Fowler
The biological science of your piece demanded I consider existentialism as a dominant core belief. And in doing so, consider human relations with respect to race relations and the value of those born in Sudan, Ethiopia, Libya, on an American reservation, or in squalid backwaters of Mississippi.
Nicely written work, very thoughtful.

Comment from Debbie D'Arcy
Thank you for this treatise which had some very interesting and thought-provoking points. It's very long and probably for me a bit late in the day to absorb all that's said. But I particularly like the definition of education and how the aim should be to draw out the wisdom that we all share rather than pile on and obscure that essence of knowledge - in short indoctrinate. It's a very optimistic perspective, I think, on us and our potential to think freely rather than languish in some kind of "hypnotic state." We have everything we need here on earth. Thanks for sharing, Debbie

Dang, Cogitator. You have a gem of a thought in almost every paragraph. To say you have written something thought-provoking doesn't really do it justice. I am thinking the contest about life after death might have sparked you to write this even though you didn't enter the contest. I have read one entry, Is That All There Is, I thought it was good too.
Sorry, it's Saturday, and no sixes left, but it is exceptional. Terry.

It is a fantastic treatise starting with the history of Knowledge and and going on to introduce the book 'Archeology of Knowledge' ,then to deviate into man's feelings ,ego etc etc..I found it very interesting.
Once I heard a talk in which the speaker said the eternal wisdom lies within us as a small spark .But it is covered by a layer of ego .So incidents falls on the ego and it is our ego that reacts t them If the ego is thick we do not perceive the spark within us. The spark can be divinity ....
being saturday I don't have a six.

A treatise presented for due consideration. In reading your piece, one thought became me, that if life is endless, and I believe it is, then when did life begin? Have our souls always been? If not when and how did they become created? DId God create all of us at once? And another thought, is if God created our souls, our parents gods of their own, creating life?
In whole you submission is interestnig, and rather deep for most who will read.

This is jam-packed with interesting information. I found it a bit long, and we all try to be careful as you will, nine times out of ten, get passed by.
But the Quantity of reviews won't hold a candle to the quality of few. I, for one, enjoyed the read. Best, JohnC

Comment from Loren .
There is certainly a great deal to take in here and think about. Or, should that read cogitate about. Eternal life means Endless, so too is eternal progression backwards. Or, is all possible a loop, like the symbol for infinity. Yes, eat drink and be merry, because tomorrow you die, yet as Shakespeare once said, what dreams may come in that sleep of death. Frankly, I've always like how Douglas Adams ended one of his book, it went something like this - so long and thanks for all the fish. This is in reference to your author's notes about our being here on vacation. My take away, we'd be smart to be on our best behavior while here, otherwise, eternity is, well, eternal. Loren

I believe that we come to this life with a preset plan and a preset time when we will leave this planet. I agree with most of your writing and found it interesting. It's a bit on the long side for most of the reviewers on this site, but I enjoyed it.
