The opening had me laughing because it's hilarious, but also because when we had a Big Boy in town, the statue was often stolen and placed around town. Did your town have this problem too? Another funny one, Bill.

Betty is so sweet to Ned. This could turn into a serious relationship. Ned can take a licking and keep on ticking, but now he has someone besides Pons to stand up for him. That beach scene from "From Here to Eternity" was considered really hot stuff when the movie was first released. Pons sounds quite knowledgeable about campaign strategy. Betty really knows how to handle AB. Will be curious to see how the campaign develops. judi

It looks like Ned has found his Shero. There should be no stopping him now. She not only believes in him, she has demonstrated a willingness to go to war for him. Look out world, Ned is in the rise.

I wish I caught all these and followed along to familiarize myself with the characters. However, it doesn't seem to matter as all stand-alone with great dialogue and action.

Is that Ned and Betty stretched out on the beach in the picture? If so thet almost went to Eternity after leaving the B shoe. No wonder he is trembling.

Hooray for Betty! But why is Ned tearing up? And do Zora and LorDee know about Pons and Ned's previous campaigning experience? I think they shouldn't trust Mauzie. Hope Ned is alright...
