A colorful Double Acrostic2 total reviews

I enjoyed your colorful take on the rainbow contest. Perhaps the yellow can have a bit of darker shade around it to make it more readable. You took on a lot making this a Double Acrostic, and I admire the way your final letters spelled "Rainbow". But, I'm not so smart. Could you tell me what a "Roygbiv" is?

I'm so sorry, Jim. ROY-G-BIV is an acronym for the colors of the rainbow, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. We learned that in school and I thought everyone learned it the same way. Apologies for the yellow...I tried putting a misty rose background to help! I'm going to update the author's notes to clarify for others. Thanks so much for your review. Have a good day.

I was going to do an acrostic, but I couldn't spell 'raspberry'!

Yellow line cannot be read. ROYGBIV spells nothing, so you do not have a double acrostic. The last three lines do not seem to make a lot of sense. I am sorry I can not give you a 5. But this was not best efforts.

Hi Karen. I'm so sorry you did not like the poem. Just wanted to clarify, ROY-G-BIV is an acronym we learned in school to remember the colors of the rainbow. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet. I honestly thought it was common to all. I will update the author's to clarify for others. Thanks for your review. Have a good day.
