My schedule is all screwy, and I missed this one, Bill. I'm not quite sure whether to shake my head or laugh. Conduit made me chuckle. Cabbage as a vibrant force--hilarious. One thing: I do believe Kwanzaa is spelled with a second 'a' on the end. On to the next part...

Thanks, Faith. You are right, but the other spelling is also recognized. I have changed it since, I think.

Quite apart from the bizarre collection of brilliantly named characters, it is the hilarious dialect you convey so effortlessly that makes this even more enjoyable. Another great episode. Well done!

Thanks, John. Had to rewrite one of these as I had mixed Ned?s Candidate up with Skar?s. That included the manager, poet laureate, and dirty trickster.

Another funny, brilliant piece, Bill. The confusion you've created will probably end up with the dustman becoming president. (I think you call them trash men who collect the rubbish?) I want Ned to be president! :)) Sandra xx

I see Ned as a Chauncey Gardiner from the novel *Being There*. Everyone things there is more there than there is.

This scenario is well set up, and the confusion is clearly described.
You have captured the essence of American politics through well-developed characters and excellent writing, including a considerable touch of satire.
I really enjoyed reading this group of people.

You are most welcome, Bill.

Which reminds me...I just wrote a script for a theatrical production about how they made the dictionary. It's a play on words. (drum roll) What's it like to be an aspiring writer? It's difficult to put into words! (cymbal) What's the difference between a writer and a cheese pizza? The pizza can feed three people. This one I gotta tell you! How do you make a small fortune in writing? You start with a large fortune! (also helps on FanStory) There ! Now you earned six stars!

It's gonna be a riot, there's gonna be a riot. Hold onto your hat and search for an exit, because, there's gonna be a riot. If the minions do what they said they want to do, it's gonna be a riot. Run for the exits while you still can. Because, there's gonna be a riot!

So, do you think there will be a riot, nomi?

There will either be a riot or a giant love fest as a result of the pulling down of pants.

I wish I knew more about American politics to fully appreciate all of this. My head was spinning by the end of the introduction. But I know it's brilliant and hilarious because this sort of satire is what you do best:) Any additional notes from now on will still be warmly welcomed. Well done! Debbie

This election might be as disfunctional as the one we'll soon have underway. I don't think all the dirty trickters and are going to able to get their act together.
Why isn't Pons running instead of offerent up a clone? He might be worth voting for. very amusing.

It's amazing out of millions of people only a handful run for the office.

You got have someone who thinks you can do something for them with a ton of money.

I like your AA character best! I think you are getting in some commentary about poetry at the same time as a commentary about what happens in politics. Who knows who is responsible and who are the minions who cause grief in our political system?
your acquaitance, uh - (acquaintance) since this is GED speaking, I would think he's better at pronunciation than NED

I was going to copy and paste this whole thing into google for a spell check, but the last time I did that I copy and pasted it back and had to spend another two hours re-spacing and changing fonts.

Please don't trust Google! Next thing you know Amazon will offer you Kwanzaa gift suggestions.

I love it, Bill, you're taking the mikey out of all politicians in your country. It's nothing more than a farce. What a great piece of satire. And Ned, of course, is forever my favourite. Ulla:)))
