I totally agree , America needs a leader that puts the welfare of its people first.
The 2024 elections is a great opportunity for a significant change .
America's economy has nosedived and that is affecting the global economy also. And people's daily lives.
Food mortgages, electricity, gas bills have gone up , people are struggling to make ends meet.
The war in Ukraine needs to end. I read a week ago that Biden is asking for still more money, $13 billion dollars this time, for Ukraine.
This is madness , Ukraine soldiers are dying like flies , American arsenals are empty.
American has never been as vulnerable.
Ps. You need to check out the other entries.. EACH WORD needs to start with the same letter not just each line.. that s where the challenge stands.

Good effort. In your poem, every line starts with the same letter, but the contest rules say every word should start with the same letter. If you wanted to include politics, every word would have to start with P.

I have to agree with you in this well-written and very truthful poem.
The well (the House has a Well) has been fatally poisoned by liars, hypocrites, and those who look after their self-interest.
The ones who ran on the economy etc. are now spending time with baseless investigations rather than legislature.
