That's such a realistic portrait. So many can relate to having been the "wild thing" once and then judging the self for doing so. And yet, there is a lot of compassion towards others having been through those same trials.

with nice imagistic word choices and smooth flow

In one sense, age is very rewarding, but on another, people relate differently to how they did when one was young and attractive, but the beauty of age should indeed be just different not tragic, beautifully written dear Gypsy, blessings Roy
