So realistic, as if you were there.
Poor Jameson. Poor Iris.
I was just with my daughter yesterday as the vet ended the life or my daughter's best animal friend. Not the same, I know, but it was very sad, watching a breathing animal die.
On to the next episode.

You've written this in a very sensitive way. Death scenes aren't easy to write or to read. It is so good that she has someone with her who cares about her and she knows she is not alone.

Well, I've been engrossed since chapter one. I knew the end was coming but it's still sad none the less.
I feel for both Iris and Jameson for different reasons.
I'm glad he's with her till the end. As I will be.

Oh my God... it's so sad. Poor Iris and Jameson. I'm glad he is with her. If I was dying I would want someone who love me with me. I'm sad she doesn't want to be resuscitated but that is her choice.
I love the story. You are a wonderful writer.

I have sat with both my mother who I based Iris on, and my mother in law. It's hard to forget those feelings. Thank you for this excellent review. Gretchen
