Excellent entry for the 2/5/2 prompt contest. I like the presentation too. Concrete images easy to visualize.

Hmm, a lovely little syllabic poem which depends on 'choirs' being two syllables. I'll leave that to the judges. Love the rhyme though, and the choice of vocabulary generally. Well done and good luck.
