Things happen. Writing and any other fun thing or Gift God gives you can wait. To do those when your are tired or distracted is not what they are meant to be like.

I published 2 books in Amazon and I had hardcover and ebook. The hc were about 6 dollars and the Kindle ebook was free. That was a mistake. I have a bunch of books I can publish but I do it on my own through Amazon... it takes a lot of time that I don't have now. Maybe in the future.

I published 2 books in Amazon and I had hardcover and ebook. The hc were about 6 dollars and the Kindle ebook was free. That was a mistake. I have a bunch of books I can publish but I do it on my own through Amazon... it takes a lot of time that I don't have now. Maybe in the future.

Thank you for the catch. I have made the correction. I would definitely buy a book of poetry from you. I'm sure there's a market for Christian poetry. I know there is for Christian romance.

I'm not good in front of more than a couple of people at a time. But I'm working on it. I'm an introvert and I'm working on that as well. I do have thick skin so I can take constructive critiques. Sounds like your life is pretty good. I try to write almost every day but it doesn't always happen. Gretchen

You're also holding down a full-time job. Do you still have kids at home??? I can speak in front of a classroom, but I freeze up in front of adults. I've been practicing reading the passage. LOL

Your second appearance was second to none. I learned a lot about you in a clearly presented manner. i am having some of my writings soon vanity-published by my niece. I have not tried my hand at a novel as yet, but wrote a full-length play entered into a local theatrical competition. I will know in September if it is accepted. I had a writing instructor acquaintance who said she'd be my editor, but she was unavailable and I edited my own work: Lots of mistakes, due to my trembling left hand.

I don't know how many times I went over mine, and still found more to revise.

I'm never completely satisfied. Even after it's published, I find ways to improve it.

I guess we are harder judges on ourselves than anyone else.
