This is interesting and is very useful to us who are not yet publishing (or haven't for years when times were different). How did you come by Kevin? Is he an agent? Sounds like he really believes in you.

Thank you for the wonderful support. Kevin is a publisher. I just researched and stumbled upon him. I've used two before him and kept changing for various reasons. So far we're working good together. We do have our differences but work them out.

Congratulations on you great achievements. I am almost inspired to get off my butt and do more in the area of completing my autobiography. In order to complete my goal, I will have to suspend writing poems for awhile. As it turns out, my first and foremost pleasure is in writing poems. I am getting all sorts of ideas for stories for books, but books take more time than a poem. I have even considered writing short stories and putting them together in a book. I think I just might do that. Again, congratulations. I am so proud of you. I am happy to be able to say that I personally know a distinguished published author.

Congratulations on you great achievements. I am almost inspired to get off my butt and do more in the area of completing my autobiography. I found this informative, and it's laid out in an orderly manner. It's always encouraging to hear that other authors are making progress in their writing careers. There were a few things I caught that could use an edit. You wrote, "Another question I often is about editing." There is a word missing there. There are a couple typos in the last two paragraphs, as well. I'm glad you've been successful, and I'm glad you're willing to pass on info to those of us who are still starting out.

Thank you for the support. I have made the corrections. I wrote this fast, just to get the information out there. I didn't spend time editing.

My book is about Santa Claus. It doesn't need to be on a Kindle. I wanted it printed a certain way, no doubt cutting deeply into royalties. But as you said, at a certain point it's not about money. Thank you for this. Terry.

This is a very informative piece. L published a children's book "Just Juliana" quite some time ago. The company I work with set the price at 16.00 dollars. Which I believed was too much. I am working on my second book for middle school kids.

Thank you for the wonderful support. Nope never have taken a writing class. That being said, I took plenty of English classes and have taught school, so have taught grammar and etc.
