This is another excellent chapter. I am almost there--your most recent post. I have been having so much fun with my granddaughters. I am in Florida with my daughter. It is quieter here, and I have time for Fanstory and writing. I do not see any room for improvement. Have a blessed day.

Wow! Christmas is coming, and Santa Fee has 2 million dollars for Lawyer Lou Crenshaw. But what's in store for Detective Sally? She's in danger, but Tommy suspects the worst. They won't let Sally go in there alone, a lamb to the slaughter. It's going to be interesting to see what Fee will do. If Crenshaw helps him, he will be in deep trouble. He'll lose his license as well. I can hardly wait for the next chapter!
Nicely penned, Sally!
By the way, I knew Karen Carpenter had a big problem with eating. Possibly, Anorexia Nervosa? Such a shame. She was a beautiful girl with a wonderful singing voice. She passed away so young... one month from turning 33 years old.
Hugs,
Kimbob

Thank you for the super review and stars to match, my friend. I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter as well. Yes, Karen Carpenter suffered from Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia. She abused both laxatives and Ipecac. Ipecac weakens the heart muscle if overused.

Sally,

This is another brilliant chapter in the book The Aspen Grove Murders. This is guaranteed to be listed as the number one book on a future New York Times best seller list.

All the best,

Eugene

I don't know who fee is planning to make sick. It seems the attorney is willing to go along with getting fee out but if it is already known he is planning a jail break surely there will be extra watches on his cell. I waiting to see if he gets out.

So it sounds like Fee is up to some more nastiness again. Another good chapter Sally and more drama for these detectives to figure out. Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for them. Cheers

Sal, This is another great chapter you have penned. You used very good descriptive words and very good dialogue between the characters. I love the fact that you and Jackson are both in Law Enforcement in this. Can't wait for the next chapter! love and blessings, teri

Another interesting chapter. Fee is up to no good, as usual, and I hope Detective Law will be on her toes around him. I didn't know about mustard spread causing illness. I hope Fee's attorney doesn't take the bait, even for 2 million bucks. Have a blessed week. Carol

I figured it was something like $2M. I hope everyone is a wake-up to what Fee might try as far as the Blind Detective goes. I had thought we were closer top finality with this story?
