Very nice idea for a short story. Like a story within a story while you're telling it. Very clever! It also gives us new writers and the amateur writers a nice little push towards continuing to perfect our skills.
Well, and produce a catchy little tale. That has interested me and engaged me from beginning to end so very good work. I see, no issues with grammar or aesthetics. And it's a fine submission. Good luck and hope you have a great day!

A lovely, inspiring story in this 100 word dash! Always exciting when entering contests but equally often soul-destroying when rejected. So this is very relatable to the reader. I would just alter that important word "competition" at the bottom of your first paragraph:) Good luck! Debbie
