Hi Liz!
This is the first chapter I've read in those book. Your characters are charming, and serve as great metaphors for real children. They work out fears and disagreements children might encounter in the real world.
An enjoyable read.

It's been awhile since I read one of your excellent episodes of Bea...
I find this chapter quite captivating and funny. The characters are very well defined as in the previous chapters and the idea hre is really charming ( costume contest)

Because they are autobiographical, I'd have to live out some more adventures first.
But my next book is my autobiography. I also began that 20 years ago along with Bea 1

This was an amazing continuation chapter, Liz. I found it interesting that Bea did not announced her finding to Athena nor Sammy. She chose to be introduced to Sophia, who was dressed like a poodle when in reality she was a poodle. Her prize was no longer a prize. Blessings n Hugs!!!

Oh good, I was wondering. Is takes me somewhere. I sit outside and chant the Cree word soe Thunderbird, for Frog & the one I gave you. It changes my whole frame of mind & previously grumpy attitude. Thank you for telling me that.

I wonder how Bea got her "prize basket" because at first she was scared, then followed the costumed children. But did she go trick-or-treating and got a basket?
I liked how you built the suspense with Athena's and Bea's stories about guns and then the encounter with the kids.

"I hope children won't be tempted to do dumpster diving based on reading about how Bea" I have several stories of people getting the food left out on the dumpsters, if you ever want to hear them. Also if kids read the 2nd book where Bea needs to be rescued by Scruffles, they might be discouraged.

I have a broken femur and a broken pelvis and it's gonna be sometime before I'm going to be able to get back to riding Poudrier stories because I have to do that on the computer and I don't have a computer with me but I can review things so I wish you the very best evening and just keep me in your prayers if you could, please go

This is very well written, and I enjoyed listening to it as it read to me allowed. In case you did not know, I am in the hospital. I have a broken femur and a broken pelvis and it's gonna be sometime before I'm going to be able to get back to riding Poudrier stories because I have to do that on the computer and I don't have a computer with me but I can review things so I wish you the very best evening and just keep me in your prayers if you could, please go
