It happens occasionally especially when we have other activities/careers taking our time and bringing the dollars, we take some unintended break away from writing the way we would have love to write. Well done, as I pray your muse returns sooner from vacation.

ESOSTINE, I think my muse went on vacation
to Hawaii...liked it so mush and stayed...
just have had so much going on...one thing
after the other...hope it slows down soon...

I think we can all relate to your poem. Muses seem to demand our full attention. Or at least they insist on a relaxed mind. And I suppose they need a vacation now and then.

I've been asking the same question lately, where did my muse go.
I have some ideas, but just can't seem to get started. I guess I just have to sit and put the finger to the keys or the pen to the paper and see where it takes me...
