I enjoy reading animal stories and this one is as cute as can be. You allowed me to easily envision PC dragging his feet down the hall in front of you. At least, your fur babies let you know you are loved. Great story.

get in your way. Of course, they believe they are helping
you. With your kitties, it'd be like walking through a mine
field except they seemed to walk with you. I liked how you
correlated their thoughts about the spray bottle and you
in the bath. Your kitties love to be around you all of the time.
I could see them all looking for you when you went outside.
I loved reading their thoughts when you left for a bit. It's
easy to understand the love you have for each of them and
that they have for you.

What a clowder of cats you have! You do need to be careful they don't fall over them. PC seems to be looking out for you by going slow. My cats could care less if I'm gone for a while. I couldn't find the brand of cat treats Smokey and Heather like at the supermarket, so I got a different brand. The cats would not eat them. Fortunately, I came across a package of the brand they do like in the garage, so I'm spared having to make an extra trip to Kroger. Your cats are certainly a devoted lot. Very enjoyable write. judi

I've heard that pets mimic their masters. We amble slowly and carefully, they do the same. I love the reference to the bath and spray bottle training. You really must have been a bad girl. Thank you for sharing this fun story. Gretchen

Well I have heard of clam chowder and even eaten it but this is the first time I have come across chum's clowder.

Thank you. He doesn't seem sick. He had a couple of puny days, but I think it was just like when we have puny days. I pray that's it.

At one stage in our early married life we owned six cats and a dog, and for a brief time had some kittens which we found homes, we had all six cats and the dog in the same bed, so we are well acquainted, and in fact if we visited our neighbour, they'd follow up there, but they were a blessing. I'm so glad you experienced the same thing. When we lived in the woods, the outside cats would follow me wherever I went, too.

I know it would be awful without them. I've never in my whole life been without a pet. These little guys keep me entertained and feeling loved. Thank you so much reviewing.
