An interesting story based in the middle of a tornado outbreak. I would have liked more information, more details when it comes to things like the car accident and what Stacie was doing in the house when she realized the speed off the winds. I think 100 mph winds are enough to start ripping siding off of houses and possible enough to start lifting the roof. I can't even imagine how terrifying 180 mph winds would be.

I have one recommendation: you should take the word "shut" out of that 1st sentence because you have added to the required sentence, which is The door slammed, echoing down the long hall. The rules say you cannot add to the sentence. Good luck in the contest.
