Greetings to my fellow country man (although that's not strictly true because I wasn't born here but have lived in Swansea for about 50 years!). Your prose is very lengthy and ideally I would have preferred it slightly more condensed and with clearer font. The pictures, however, bring your story to life. I think you write very well and definitely whet the reader's appetite. Your aims on your recently acquired farm are very commendable and we definitely need more of you to keep this planet a little cleaner. Thanks for sharing. Debbie

I don't live in Wales and I'm not from there, but my family name is Welsh. I've been to slate mines of Blaenau Ffestiniog where the Humphreys name originates and I chose the moniker Bantering Welshman because my affinity for the Welsh Bards. I'm curious about your review considering you think I'm in Wales.

Sweet baby Jesus, your ramblings made me hungry. Especially the turkey part. MMM with a nice brown gravy.

Anyhoos, some odd symbols showed up in two spots. Here's one:

â?" Jessica reminded me that she only needs butter, flour and sugar for her crust, but I would like to point out that we don't get butter without milk and though she may not use egg in her recipe, some people do.

Good stuff. Thank you for sharing and thank you for your service to the nation.

Thanks, I hadn't meant for it to be published yet. I was only saving it then went back to add photos. You should see it with the photos now. And stay tuned for finished episodes that I will be publishing over the next week or so.
