I have never heard of the Whitney, but it suits you well. This was a fun, free-flowing poem and I enjoyed it very much. I love to read poems out loud, as that is the best way to gauge their flow and rhyme.

I'm glad she was talking to you. That must have made such a lovely start to your day. I frequently walk with my dog, and comments are more likely to be along the lines of "What a beautiful/cute/good-looking dog!" Which he is! Lol.

-You took these to a new level with the
vivid imagery, rhyme and telling a story.

I'm really happy that you enjoyed reading my Whitney trio. I really enjoyed writing them. I learned the form from Brooke - she used to write such beautiful ones.
