This was a great haiku, Gypsy. It was a fantastic ekphrastic. The dual pictures were awesome, they showed to moon spilling into the waterfalls. Very well done and greatly enjoyed. This was truly beautiful. Blessed Be n Hugs!!!

Gypsy,
It is also Lune-like! Very nice artwork you chose to pair with your ekphrastic poet..
while you dream (sic)? - provides a different nuance to your thought.

I love the idea of the moon pouring her heart out while one's sleeps. That's a creative and wonderful concept. This is again, a perfect package. I'm amazed at how you continually do it. Thank you.

That picture is well described in your poem! The moon looks like she's melting into the waterfall. I like your use of personification of the moon who seems to love the addressee as much as the poet.

Hi Gypsy Queen,
firstly, how can I not say how beautifully stunning this visual image and presentation is? The answer, I can't! It's absolutely magic.
The comfort these thirteen words achieve is a priceless gift of gratitude in wanting to believe and connect to its intent.
Most evenings, just before the sun goes down, I grab my ginger and lemon tea, walk to the front of my house, stand on the bank... look over the bay, watch the sea birds and water craft, those moored, those drifting past and watch as the sun goes down. I pay homage to another magic day in paradise in full gratitude and wait for the night star to appear on the northern sky as the Mother Nature throws the colour palette that melts my soul and allows me to know the absolute... we are all connected!
Loved this beautiful poem MariVal!
With our thoughts we create...
the gratitude of connection.
Warmest regards,
James.

Thank you, James, I like to imagine you in full communion with nature with your tea admiring Mother/Father God's gifts to us. Thank you for taking the time to write such generous and detailed review. I wish you a wonderful and peaceful weekend with Jade.

I like the picture and really think your poem went with it beautifully. I have never thought of the moon as male or female. But have seen the moon referred to as a goddess. Beautifully written. Gretchen

Hi Gypsy, how sweetly beauteous and romantic.
Lovely and enchanting
imagery. I love the moon
in different styles of poetry,
although Japanese poetry is
some of the prettiest. The
artwork is ethereal. Have a
