Hi Ricky, two many times sweet guy...
drivers get away with murder...

I was in an accident once with my daughter
in our car...I was parked at a light...the guy that
hit me was drunk...I was the first car to be hit...
but he hit me so hard four cars in front of me were
pushed into each other...and the truck that was the
last to be hit...had something in his cab...it was pushed through his back window and into his cab...that's how hard it hit...

he told the police he had no insurance...but when my husband went to look at me car...he saw the mans car that hit me...he took a picture of the license...come to find out...it was the same insurance as I had...AllState...after
that accident...we dropped then...I had tree neck surgeries before the accident...Allstate was trying to get out of paying the hospital bills I had from the accident...and to top it all off...he was never even given a ticket...and he had other DUI's...
it just doesn't make sense...I don't get it...

I am so sorry about Jason and your wife Ricky...if I could take your pain away...I truly would...Ricky was a beautiful boy...just keep your faith in God my sweet friend...

though sad...it is very well written...and your picture
is priceless...God Bless you...love Linda xxoo

I read this poem earlier today and edited it. I am curious about the ticket. That doesn't make sense.

It's more like bumper cars set to the speed of. "Let's Kill you and me?" (comma needed after 'of')

This is reference to Brian Cole purposely driving Ford Mustang or bumper car into a telephone pole or another bumper car.

I know that, but I'm confused why he didn't at least get a ticket for speeding. I'm curious how you know he did it on purpose.

    Number One: Brian Cole.
(he was only 17) was mentally ill on a drug for adults called Effexor.
Number Two: The parents gave all the attention to Brian's younger brother.
Number Three: The entire high School student body that knew Brien, avoided him like the plague!
Note: Brian was a very bruised and confused young man.
I have no animosity for what he purposely did.
My wife had too much and I killed her and maybe I should have some now for him on that presedance?
Note: I Took pictures of the base of the pole had been moved 7 inches!
Yes but since the pole didn't crack and fall
Brian had a good lawyer he got no tickets nor fines.
Their insurance company paid off $100,000 plus $5,000 for the money Jason would have made the rest of the year.
It was going to be split six ways between my four remaining daughters and my wife but my wife passed away so I took a third and gave the rest to the children.
Since my youngest at the time Dana was 17 she also was getting $700 a month disability until she turned 18.
None of it makes up for it of course.
    Thanks,
    Doctor Ricky
