This is a great and very informed submission absolutely and I think to keep our brains healthy one must be open to ideas different than our own and I'm always interested in learning this expands the mind and keeps it healthy.
I see no issues with your grammar spelling punctuation sentence structure nor do I see anything with aesthetics. It's a great looking poem reads well and it's informative.

You got that right! IF you don't use it you lose it. Your life depends on it just like your heart pumps blood through your body. Both are needed for life!
