Just beautiful, though we carry this grief it for some reason does not weigh us down, it guides, and helps us on our own journey, we should always remember those who have touched our hearts, very well written****kahpot

You're right you never do get over losing a loved one but you do have to get on with living and holding them forever in your heart. My husband asked me to live out my life, and each day I keep that promise, as you will for Kelly. Well done,

This is a very beautifully written poem so sorry for the loss of your sister. It's so devastating to lose those we love. I can relate the past three years I lost two brothers a sister and my mom and niece. I feel I'm
Constantly grieving. A very beautiful read.

Hi Jesus,
This is a wonderful ode to your sister and your love for her. It shows your stages of grief. It reminds us of how grief stays with us in a muted way to always keep the one we lost with us.
Sorry for your loss.
Keep writing and stay healthy.

P.S. It seems your autocorrect believes I'm Jesus... lol

Don?t mention it, Jessica.
That?s a weird auto correct.. I usually look for those. Sorry,
Joan

No need to be sorry! :) my autocorrect betrays me constantly! Haha

Jessica,
Sometimes technology is helpful and sometimes it just isn?t. Haha

This is a very soul touching poem that depict the intense pain you suffered with the demise of your sister. Some grief one gets over ,some will slowly sink down to remain in the depths of your heart ...

Good morning, Jessica,
A beautifully-rendered and moving tribute to you beloved sister, Kelly.
Your grief is palatable to this reader.
What I appreciate the most about this moving offering is that it is not over-sentimental, but a sincere expression of your lasting love and grief.
My sincere condolences...
Thank you for sharing!

Yes, it is ok to never get over the grief of loss. Along with pain are the sweet memories stored deep within your heart. Allow yourself to feel the agony and the ecstasy of love and loss. Thank you for sharing your sentiments.

This poem is lovely, Jessica. And I agree with Billy, it is okay to 'never get over it' why would we want to? But that doesn't mean we can't carry on with our lives until we meet up with our loved one again. That part of your heart will never let go of your love for you sister. I thought your poem was really beautiful. Well done, my friend, and I'm so very sorry for your loss. Sandra xx

A lovely, simply and sincerely expressed verse regarding your grief at losing your little sister. No, probably, there is no end but your skilful ability to put into words and keep putting into words those sad and lonely sentiments will, I'm sure help over time. This flowing verse is a testament to her memory. It's rhyming and internal rhyming enhance and add cohesion to this very commendable post. Thanks for sharing. Debbie

I can't claim to be much of a poet but this poem seems to be a wonderful tribute to your sister. You should never feel the need to forget. You should remember and not let it cripple you in other relationship, because that is not what she would wish for you.
