Hi there,

I enjoyed this one. Some of the well-chosen words do invoke the senses. I think you could maybe look at your presentation and play around with the off-setting some of the lines to draw greater attention to certain parts, it can have a great impact.

I used to love having a soda a day! But having stopped it, I no longer had any heartburn so I'm glad to be without soda but I remember the tasty burn and the yummy ice cream sodas when I was young.

That is a great poem about soda. I drank soda all of my life but I haven't drunken it in ten years now. We've been eating and drinking only healthy foods here. lol Still, it was fun to read your poem. Good work!

Warm fizzy drinks tend to taste sweeter and syrupy. They need to be chilled. I never drink them as they are no good to your health Alicia, but you managed to promote them here, a fun post, love Dolly x
