Thank you for sharing this fun poem with us. I enjoyed reading. I was always curious what animals might think as they watched humans. Now I have at least one opinion. LOL

I think you Barbara and some animals have more of a conscience than a human being.

I found this story to be very entertaining. I have read that we open the bananas wrong. It is the viewpoint that makes it. Seeing the animals talk about how they see things in their world that we invade.

I actually learned about bananas but not openings from a retired very old Air Force pilot 20 years ago.
What he taught me was that it's not an apple all day to keep the doctor away.
It's a banana a day that keeps the psychiatrist away!
Thanks,

This is a clever. The monkeys are smarter than the humans in this story. Looks like the panther will be enjoying a treat.
'Excellent observation about the banana. Yeah, why do most people open the banana from the stem end? I've even watch some people get a knife out to cut it so they don't smoosh the banana when they open it. It is much easier to open a banana from the small end and you don't damage the fruit inside.
Note: The only thing I can think of to make this better. You could leave of the dialog tags and this would read even smoother.

Stupid humans, indeed. Are they really a good dinner for panthers? Or just junk food? Like the old song says "look out for the man-sized bite". I guess the monkeys are wiser.

"Doesn't it know yo open the small end?' - (you)
and wheres their rifles?" - (where's)
Best wishes.

Yeah, this needs a little grammar love.
I didn't have time to double check and edit.
I was on the bus and I had to get off.
Thanks Wayne.
