I was actually rushing this because my breakfast at the Galloway Diner and Galloway New Jersey was served and my waitress was worried that it would get cold.
I've turned many places into offices where I will write.
From car dealerships to hospitals.

You're right, there were some grammar she's cuz I was writing and I said a diner in my food was getting cold.
As for random capitalization, that's just my style. I capitalize words that are important in my writings. I also don't take stars away for any grammical issues.
