Loved your poetic history of ketchup. I think even the name is some poor pronunciation of a Cantonese Chinese word. It is definitely an important condiment for us Americans!

Ketchup is made with vinegar. It's pungent to me. You might taste the difference of spaghetti. You're nice. Thank you :)
