Hi Kaiku,
This short poem can be taken literally and figuratively. Literally if the guy in the artwork slips, he will most likely fall to his death. Figuratively we must be careful of what we do and say.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Good luck in the contest.
Congrats for being the recognized writer.

Ciao poet , you have your first vote!
My thought on the matter.
Nothing wrong in having a healthy dose of self esteem , embracing one's strengths and why not praising ones own skills.
There is a lot of envious and jealous people out there not willing to give you merit , give you a complement when you deserve one. We should be our first fan.
Being full of oneself instead is something to avoid being.

I agree. Best to be careful. Though two thoughts are often at war in my mind.
1. It is better to be silent and thought foolish than to open your mouth and remove all doubt
And
2. There's no such thing as a foolish question.
Freudian slip? Yeah and sometimes its the best laugh.

This is so funny, but only with the accompanying image, and the image is even funnier with the accompanying text. Very well done. A flexible and humorous mind has been revealed.

The image certainly needed to be part of the storyline or it`s just mumbo jumbo. Thanks so much.
