Oh! Did Covid catch up with you? Indeed, it is still all around us. Your theme is most topical, and I hope writing this was therapeutic! While I love the impact of your refrain, you are over the eight syllable maximum as dictated in the contest guidelines, at ten syllables. Line eleven is nine syllables. Not sure how this works, but maybe you can correct those?

yeah I have had it for almost eight days and it is slowly going away but may linger a few more days

A well written poem of the kyrielle
French rhyming style. I recognize
this as perhaps originating from the
Latin, Kyrialasum chant of my very
Catholic roots. This is creative and carefully composed work.
