"Coming of Age" is a well done account of a strong life event for Tommy and also his attitudes growing change. It is very considerate to give us notes on other lives. Very enjoyable!

What I really loved about this story is that this "coming of age" isn't about the physical maturity - the bulking up and gaining muscles and respect, but the spiritual growth from learning from that moment of weakness of repeating the violence received and then repenting. It seems like God was watching you and making sure you were maturing in His ways.

What a marvelous story of life. I could feel the pain that you felt as you were going through this in your life. The idea that you had somebody who finally came to report. Where are you? Your life is interesting. We all have disappointment in our teen years like not makeing a team. You did something about it an built your body. We all have don't things we feel deep guilt about like you did with kid with cancer. You did what you need to do and asked God for forgivness. At least, you backed off with actually hurting the kid. I'm enjoying your story and looking forward to more.
