Yay! Patience to the rescue! Wish we had someone like her in every crisis. Perhaps there might be rescues that are all in the spiritual realm that we can't see or know about.

I truly tried to understand the ntent, and liked what I read, but confused for not knowing who was where and when. Willa? Was it a he or she, and was it a husband or wife? And I didn't know Patience to be an angel until I read your author's notes, and finally Fee? Who is he. The rich guy was
Fitzgerald Edward Elling, no, yes, right, wrong?
Any whichway, I enjoyed what I could.

It's impossible to understand a book without starting at the beginning. You have come upon a very involved mystery/ thriller without knowing the backstory. Would you be able to do that with any book? I wouldn't, and I am a novella writer. I'm glad you were able to glean a little bit from this chapter, but obviously it was precious little. There's much more in this one, very deep with mortal and spiritual beings intersecting. Tommy Thompson is the lead detective and he just married his partner, Detective Willa (a female name as she is a woman) Sams, which I pretty much devoted chapters fifteen, sisteen and seventeen to their romance, wedding, and honeymoon. Did you read any of those? If you had, there'd be no confusion. The story is told in Tommy's voice. I really encourage you to read through this. My copy editor is on FanStory and he says it's my best book ever.

Thank you! I had a book signing yesterday. I have five novellas published on Amazon books and three on Audible. I hope to write a little blib about it this week. :)))

With the heavenly angels on patrol the demons don't have a chance. Fee's evil plot isn't working out the way he planned. It is sad when money and power turn someone into a person no one can stand being around. By using other to his advantage he has managed to ruin his own life. It is good to know that Tommy's tumor has been healed.
