Oh, Geoff, I'm glad you've got a new walker, which will take you to so many new places. We all get older and will eventually have to face our limitations. All best, Ulla:)))

Yeah Wally 2 is lovely. Just gotta take care to release the brakes for often and check the screws as you can probably guess the problems I had with Wally one. Did you see the poem and the pic with the nice bag I got from England on that...check back through. Walkers were free but I did not care for the free bag so paid $Au40 for the fancy one from Britain. Thanks for the lovely review. 17 of them today till I get to you and Barb's stuff.

I have something that looks like that but mine is just walker with a seat and isn't some that move with wires. I'd have to push. It belonged to a close friend who died in last month. Her daughter said I could have the walker. I haven't needed it yet, but I'm sure I will. Thanks for share your poem. It is well written. I had an accident a week ago and injured my hand. That story is still paying and out for vote.

Hi Beth the wires are the brake cables. One of the carers got me some better ties for the brake cables than what I had before. Did you see Wally 1's poem in here? There is a picture of the other walker and the spiffy bag I bought from England. Could have got a free bag with the free walker but I did not fancy it. Thanks for coming by. Get to your stuff soon.

I don't know Wally. He's not on my fanlist so they wouldn't tell me when he posts.

This is a modern 'ode' to Wally Walker. These aids are so helpful that you wonder how many disabled people got around before their invention?. The answer is they probably didn't!

Yeah you are right, Sarah. Same with our lovely old V Set trains about to be pensioned off...no provision 50 years ago for disabled on the lovely trains. Wish they would keep them but they are too costly to maintain. Sorry for getting off on a tangent, There is a poem about Wally 1 with a picture of Wally and the lovely bag I bought for it from England if you wanna look back through this collection. Thanks for the great review.

Good to have someone from "Old Dart" along, today. Sad seeing Her Majesty pass on and not sure how it will go under King Charles. Might see Australia finally go for Republic in the not too distant future. But I thought we were already pretty well Independent for years. "When it ain't broke don't fix it!" I say! Thanks again. See ya rounb.

I think you are right! In Uk the monarchy is not wildly popular but it's 'holding onto nurse for fear of getting something worse'!

Sounds like a poem in there somewhere hehe.

Thanks Dolly. there is an earlier poem about Wally 1 in here including the spiffy bag I got from England I still use. The walkers are free from the Government but I did not like the free bag I could have got. Paid $AU40 for the lovely bag. Check the other poem if you want and thanks. I do have more new stuff coming.

Rhyming dot points Geoffrey. Very inventive. It is nice to be able to get out and about, by whatever means possible. I like keeping up with your adventures. Jacqueline

This is truly heartwarming. Like an aging person in their workshop toiling away. Readying for the spring!ð??· I really enjoyed this poem. I felt the closeness of man and machine.

And I totally get that it's important to people who have trouble walking and need to get around absolutely is one might think boring and another who actually gets it and looks beyond the surface and to those who may think its boring are shallow. I will say I'm very glad that it's helpful to those in life and it aids them in getting around although a better solution could always be welcome I'm glad they at least have that...
Having said all that I would say that your palm is really great and that it's aesthetically pleasing find no issues with any spelling or grammar whatsoever. Great wonderful heart felt submission and I thank you for that and hope you have a great night!
