This poem is different, but very meaningful at the same time. After reading both the verse and your notes I am astonished at your courage. I think your lifestory would make a great book and I would encourage you to consider writing it. My first attempt at writing tells the story of a young woman endured an experience like yours. She gave birth to triplets and gave them up. Twenty years later she went in search of them.
Sadly for me, the manuscript was never published, the writing wasn't good enough. Your notes however brought my first writing attempt back to mind. I'd love to now more about your story.

Thank you so much for your kind review. You mentioned that I should write my story. And have it published as a book. I have published my life story. It is available on Amazon under Patricia Lawrence. It is called she did right now she does write. Recently, I have published another book, a book of poetry, and it is called a masterpiece for him. It is now available on Amazon in a book format, as well as paper back.

The changing seasons make me feel alive. The newness of Spring, the joys of Summer, the wild colours of Autumn, even the brisk chill of Winter. Reading your poem reminded me of that.

Oh, how well written this poem is! This was an enjoyable read. The words all capture the seasons just as they are. You can just picture each season as you read the descriptive words.

Another beautiful poem. I grew up in a place that had four distinct seasons and did not like it. I am not sure why.

Beautifully presented and written Patricia. I like the seasonal changes primarily on the cusp, because once the high and low temperatures arrive it can be a challenge. But they are needed for cleansing.
Very well done, and a most enjoyable read today.

I enjoy the change in seasons too. Your words bring forth the variety of the seasons and how they feel. "Fall arrives with leaves turning to gold" is a perfect line. Beautiful poem here.

You have chosen words that create not only beautiful imagery, but also the emotions that the seasons bring. If I may comment on the visuals, it is difficult to read the yellow lettering on the burnt orange color. Perhaps larger font or a change in background color will help your readers. Nicely done.
