Congratulations on your well deserved win. Your poem is creative and humorous. I can relate to falling asleep at the computer. However, I'm usually reading a post. I wake up and have to start over. I enjoyed your acrostic poem.

Thank you for an excellent review and comments. I usually trying to write a review when I fall asleep and I almost always and pressing on a key when it happens. You'd think my finger would relax and let go but it doesn't.

Excellent acrostic poem using your name and congrats on winning the contest. I like how you blame a leprechaun for being at your computer while you fell asleep. I would do the same thing. This is a fun poem to read.

Thank you Pearl, I hadn't planned on writing about him, until I saw those pages of the same letter over and over. I figured I needed to blame someone. Surely I couldn't do that in my sleep. LOL

of the first letter of each line. Was the 'O' for your middle name?

Thank you Jan. I really appreciate you vote and you review. I'm glad you liked it. No the O isn't part of my name. I kept putting in a space to separate the first from the last name but space always disappeared so I put -o- in as a separation.

I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to sleep in front of my computer and woke up several minutes later to find out that I have slept for a good amount of time. I liked this poem. It told a story and set up the fact that there was no memory of the Leprechaun having visited because of being asleep. Quite humorous, but revealing that a nap is the culpret.
